For Children and Families
On Thursday 9 June Backstage Theatre from Longford present a lovely show called Luminaria which has been receiving great reviews from audiences on its Irish tour so far. Recommended for ages 6-12 you can book directly with the box office. Find out more about it here.

Then on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 June we have a show suitable for ages 3-6 and their families. Presented as part of this year’s Crunniú na nÓg festivities Still Here is a quirky playful exploration of the journey from restriction, suspicion and fear to collaboration and celebration, gently exploring some of the feelings of the last couple of years and our changing times. It’s non-verbal so will be easy for all, even those with limited English, to enjoy. You can find out more about it here.
While free, advance booking is recommended for both these events.
