Our junior drama classes return this September with courses suitable for ages 4 to 7, and 8 to 12.
We run 3 courses during the year, approximately 10 to 12 weeks in duration, starting in Sept, Jan and after Easter. Places are available on a first come first serve basis. Each course costs €60.
Autumn Term 2022, 8 Sept to 8 Dec
Please note that classes are back in An Grianán this term.
Entry level: suitable ages 4 to 7 BOOK NOW
Thursdays, 4pm to 4.45pm.
Ideal for beginners, these classes focus on learning through dramatic play. Students will be introduced to key drama skills including basic stage craft, creative play, performance development, confidence building, team work and social skills development. Class size: 12
Junior: suitable ages 8 to 12 BOOK NOW
Thursdays, 5pm to 6pm.
Students will develop on the skills described above, learning more about stage craft and theatre terminology, and performance techniques. They will have opportunities to improvise and devise original work as well as working from scripts. Class size: 15
