Whether it’s tickets or gift vouchers you’re after, here are our Christmas week opening hours. Remember you can book online anytime and with our digital tickets and e-vouchers you can send your gifts by email too.
Mon 16 December: 9.30am to 5pm
Tues 17 December: 9.30am to 5pm
Wed 18 December: 9.30am to 5pm
Thur 19 December: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Fri 20 December: 9.30am to 6pm
Sat 21 December: closed
Sun 22 December: closed
Mon 23 December: 9.30am to 3.30pm
We will close for Christmas on Mon 23 December at 3.30pm and reopen at 9.30am on Thursday 2 January.*
NB: the cafe will be closed from Mon 23 December at 3pm and reopen at 9.30am on Mon 6 January.
*The box office will be open from 6pm to 8pm on Sat 28 December for the Declan Nerney concert and from 6pm to 8pm for The Legends of American Country Show on Sun 29 December.
Gift Vouchers
Did you know that you can schedule our digital gift vouchers to deliver by email on a date of your choosing? So now you can time your gift to arrive on Christmas Day morning. Perfect!
Just choose the ‘add as gift’ option when purchasing online and you can email them directly to your recipient.
And if you still prefer to send a voucher by post you’ll need to have it in the post no later than December 22 for delivery within Ireland and by December 19 for delivery to Northern Ireland.
Buying tickets as gifts
When you book tickets online you’ll be sent a link to download the tickets as a pdf file. Then it’s just a matter of downloading them to your device and either printing them out to give in person or you can send them as an attachment by email.
