The Viewing Project, An Grianán Theatre’s PEACEPLUS funded initiative, is delighted to offer a free Youth Theatre workshop this August.
Led by An Grianán Youth Theatre’s senior facilitator Niamh McPhillips, this summer school is open to young people from the ages of 13 to 18 and will be a practical and fun chance to engage further with theatrical creation in a supportive and creative environment.
These workshops will also embody and explore themes of conflict resolution, community building and using theatrical creation as a way of building connection. But most of all they will be an exciting and creative opportunity for young people to come together and practice making plays.
We are seeking here to engage with young people who have already engaged in theatre or drama classes and are now interested in furthering their participation. You do not need to be a current member of An Grianán Youth Theatre to apply.
