An Grianán Theatre is home to Donegal’s first wellness cafe. Now in its fifth year, the Letterkenny branch of Donegal Wellness Cafe meets every Thursday in our cafe from 10.30am to 12pm. It’s free to attend and provides an opportunity for people to connect and socialise in a relaxed, informal environment.

What is First Fortnight?
First Fortnight is a charity that challenges stigmas around mental health through arts and cultural action. Among its aims and objectives is to make the beginning of each year synonymous with mental health awareness, hence the annual First Fortnight Festival.
