In Rogliano, a small village in Corsica perched above the sea, each year Annie, a housekeeper, Osvaldo, a sailor, Laetitia, a postwoman, Sandrine, a bartender and some other villagers become actors…
They have created an amateur company called Cap in Scena and for the past 10 years, over the seasons, against all odds, these men and women with ordinary lives turn their daily routine upside down to go a utopic and crazy journey: together with a professional actor and director, they create a play that they perform on stage every summer.
This year they perform Dancing at Lughnasa by Brian Friel and we are delighted to welcome them to Donegal for a very special performance in French of this beloved Irish classic.
