Suitable for ages 13 to 21

Spring 2023, Wednesdays

We have a limited number of places available for senior youth theatre, contact us by email here for more info.

These lively, interactive workshops focus on confidence building exercises, improvisation and teamwork. Beginners are welcome while more experienced students will have an opportunity to build on existing skills as well as learning new techniques using a variety of drama games and exercises.

As students progress we will concentrate on developing performance skills such as voice, movement, characterisation, improvisation, ensemble and devising.

The classes are as much about the process as they are about the final showcase and performance.

I’ve never taken acting classes before. Can I still join senior youth theatre? Yes! Beginners are very welcome.

I’m 12 but already in secondary school. Which class do I join? We recommend trying out for senior youth theatre.

What should I wear? Our classes can be very active  – you should wear loose, comfortable clothes and suitable footwear.
