Jacinta M. Kite is a Lecturer/Researcher and an Organisational Advisor. She is a former primary teacher. She lectures part-time in Trinity College on the M.Ed. programme; in Marino Institute of Education on the B.Sc. and B.Ed. programmes; and provides guest lectures for other colleges. Jacinta’s talk will be – “THE IMPORTANCE OF MINDING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH ON A DAILY BASIS”
PETRA VELZEBOER IS A RENOWNED MENTAL HEALTH EXPERT, TEDX SPEAKER AND CEO OF MENTAL HEALTH CONSULTANCY PVL. Her captivating story of being raised in a cult, paired with her down-to-earth nature and unique perspective on the world of work helps her to relate to audiences on a level that few therapists can.

Matt McGranaghan from Castlefinn in Co.Donegal is a renowned fiddle player & musician with over 20 years experience in the music business. Recognised as a virtuosic talent from an early age, he has performed in and across many genres and disciplines from Trad to Classical, Country to Pop many more. He began his musical journey aged 7 by learning trad music from a neighbour for 18 months. Aside from that he is virtually self-taught on his chosen instrument.
The Ephades are an Irish indie-rock band that are bringing a fresh sound to the world with the release of their debut single “Only Child”. The band is made up of Cahir, Grace M, Grace N and Kyle. The band found each other through their love of music and passion for creativity. With gigs at top venues like An Grianan theatre and Party in the Park, the Ephades have gained a dedicated fanbase in their home towns of Letterkenny and Creeslough in Co Donegal.And now they are ready to take on the national stage with up and coming shows in Dublin and Belfast. Their single “Only Child” is a personal and relatable track about friendship, self-reflection and growth.
