‘mcauley/mckeown/mccullagh’ are a trio from Belfast who sit at the intersection of Irish traditional music, collective improvisation, free jazz, and human-computer interaction. The trio are questioning what it means to be an Irish person playing improvised music today. The answer lies in their emergent sounds.

Conor McAuley: drums
Paddy McKeown: guitar/electronics
Kevin McCullagh: fiddle/electronics

Presented in association with the Improvised Music Company as part of the Navigator Jazz residency programme. Learn more here.
