A series of oil paintings of Donegal landscapes painted across the seasons of year, from the rebirth of spring and summer growth to the cold and decline of autumn and winter.
Audrey’s process involves taking photos and sketches on location and then creating art in her home studio in Ballyraine, Letterkenny.
She shows the seasons through her subtle use of texture and colour, her thick impasto style lending itself to the rugged scenery and natural beauty of her home county.
